I had a fantastic stay, as the hotel was very well situated near the historical center and just a few steps away from the Museo de Bellas Artes de Alava, perfect for my weekend strolls through the city filled with cultural gems and beautiful parks, making every moment memorable.

The hotel is a short walk from downtown, super close to the park, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Loved the Nespresso coffee in the room and the cozy vibe! Definitely a pleasant stay for a couple!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right at the edge of the old town and close to a lovely park. My small dog enjoyed walks through the park to explore the city. The room was quite comfortable, featuring a kettle and an espresso machine, which I appreciated. The breakfast buffet stood out with a variety of healthy options and the made-to-order omelets were a delicious touch. However, the conditions for bringing my dog were quite restrictive. It was frustrating that we had to find alternate places for food and drinks since our dog wasn’t allowed in communal areas. Also, the parking situation could improve. the hotel’s lot was full, leaving us to rely on a nearby underground garage. The elevators were slow and lacked synchronization, which made it inconvenient at times, especially during busy hours. I’d think twice about staying here again due to the pet policies.

I absolutely loved the spacious Superior Double Room with its beautiful views. The breakfast buffet was a delicious spread, with the option to order fresh omelets – such a treat! Plus, the hotel's perfect location allowed us to stroll through an enchanting park right outside, leading us straight into the vibrant old town.
